I think the closest I can come to showing my appreciation is to say that I thank God that I was blessed enough to stumble upon Fagan's. They cleaned it and gave me a box, just to help out, they even opened the door for me after hours because I believe they actually care about thier customers. Long story reasonably short, Ron worked dilligantly and sized the ring perfectly, and I believe it looks better than it did originally. I believe God used Fagan's to allow me the amazing privelage of now being engaged to the most amazingly beautiful woman, inside and out, that i will ever meet. Fagan's did not owe me anything or perhaps even have the time to deal with a customer that took up alot of thier time, and didn't make them alot of money at all, but not only did they take the time, they treated me with amazing respect, and offered me service I do'nt know I could have recieved anywhere else. A few years back I had had some work done on some jewelry by another local business establishment. After my initial visit at this competitors, I decided that I would never return. Near and dear to my heart, I left earrings and pearls of my mother's to be refit for me to wear. The staff treated these items (not of great monetary value) as if they were part of the crown jewels. As each piece was returned to me, I was amzed by the high quality of the craftmanship. Finally, I had left some gold pieces for Ron to craft into a cuff bracelet. Words cannot describe the beauty of the piece when I saw it! What was great is that I knew I trusted him completely with the design and did not feel the need to be aware of the design progress along the way. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this unique work of craftsmanship and wear with me daily memories of several people that I love.
